How we protect your sovereignty in an automated world.

I believe that your data is your most valuable asset. My systems are designed to respect your sovereignty and ensure that your technical insights remain under your control. I’m a Systems Architect, not a data broker. I protect your data as if it were my own secrets.

1. Google API Services & GSC Data Handling

For the Priority Intelligence Engine and related diagnostic tools, I access data from Google Search Console (GSC) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4). I only request access to the specific GSC scopes required to generate your requested reports and do not access unrelated Google account data.

The Zero-Storage Guarantee

I adhere to a strict “Limited Use” policy. Any data retrieved from Google APIs is processed strictly in-memory during your active session.

  • No Permanent Storage: I do not store your GSC or GA4 data on my permanent servers or databases.
  • Session-Only Processing: The data is used to generate real-time reports and insights and is discarded immediately after the session ends or the report is generated.
  • Compliance: My use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

2. Authentication & Data Sovereignty

Secure Authentication

I use Auth0 for secure authentication. This ensures that only you can access your personalized dashboards and tools. I do not store your passwords; authentication is handled by a world-class security provider.

GitHub Strategy Logs

When you use the ShowUp editor or strategy tools, your strategy logs, page drafts, and content maps are stored in your own GitHub repository.

  • User Sovereignty: By using your GitHub account as the storage layer, I ensure that you maintain full ownership and history of your work.
  • Access: I act only as a facilitator and processor; I do not “own” the content you create.

3. Behavioral Intelligence (Digital Body Language)

I use a client-side tracker to understand how visitors interact with my site. This captures “Digital Body Language” such as session depth and interaction intensity to help improve my site for your benefit. This data is used to improve service delivery and is never sold to or shared with third parties.
